This is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing.

Whole berry is the only way to fly. It’s seriously easy to make, and it baffles me that people will settle for the cylinder if they’re not specifically craving it.

(To be fair, I grew up on the cylinder and occasionally find the sucking noise, the grooves, and the fact that I can carve sculptures out of its dense gel charming.)

This chutney business, however, is a thing I clearly need to investigate. Mmm.

Excellent points about learning a story’s character’s traits. Eye for detail often comes with personal experience, for recognition is what makes us *see*.
Good for you b.t.w. giving your fingertips some well deserved rest.

Can’t help but wonder: What do you do instead of shredding your nails now? Or is taking care of the fake ones enough?

Very visual, but I doubt the wisdom of second guessing a tornado. I really loved the line about neighbor ladies on bicycles done in such an understated manner. Really made me grin.
